• Partnership access, including trade pricing, is granted at Gold Bean's sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time
• Partners are responsible for appropriate storage and handling of products upon delivery
• Volume pricing tiers are applied automatically based on order quantity at the time of purchase
• Gold Bean reserves the right to amend partnership terms, pricing, and product availability with reasonable notice
