Gold Bean products are handcrafted, consumable goods. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns.

Duties & Import Taxes: International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are non-refundable by Gold Bean. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you are unsure of applicable charges.

We do, however, offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:

• The item arrived damaged
• The incorrect item was received

To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
