Shipping Policy
Gold Bean™ products are handcrafted in small batches. The Ritual Box has a 28-day lead time before dispatch, allowing for fresh production, 21-day maturation, packing, and processing. This 28-day lead time applies only to the Ritual Box, not to the Treasury or Artisan Honey Sweetener. The sweetener does not undergo maturation. Courier transit time is additional to the lead time before dispatch.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa)
Gold Bean™ ships nationwide within South Africa via trusted courier services. Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email so you can follow your order's progress.
Should your order total match or exceed the value of R4000.00; shipping is free for standard shipping only.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is not available.
