  • Texture
  • Colour
  • Crystallisation 

These variations are a natural result of our artisanal process and do not affect quality.

Storage instructions must be followed to maintain product integrity. Gold Bean™ is not responsible for changes in product quality due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

Authenticity & Brand

Selected Gold Bean™ products include a certificate of authenticity, representing the handcrafted nature and origin of the product.

All branding, product design, presentation are the intellectual property of Gold Bean™ and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

General Terms

By purchasing from Gold Bean™, you agree to the following:

  • All products are handcrafted and may vary slightly
  • Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun
  • Gold Bean™ reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order
  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice

Gold Bean™ is not liable for:

  • Improper use or storage of products
  • Delays caused by third-party services

Hospitality Partnership Programme

The Gold Bean™ Hospitality Partnership Programme is available to approved hospitality venues only. By participating in the programme, partners agree to the following:

  • Gold Bean™ products supplied under the partnership are intended for guest experience use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes beyond the approved venue’s guest amenity offering. The Artisan Honey Sweetener is the exception: approved hospitality partners may purchase it at their applicable partner price and resell it to guests at the recommended retail price listed on the Gold Bean™ website.

  • Partnership access, including preferential partner pricing, is granted at Gold Bean™’s sole discretion and may be withdrawn at any time.

  • Partners are responsible for the appropriate storage and handling of products upon delivery.

  • Applicable volume pricing is automatically applied based on the order quantity at the time of purchase.

  • Gold Bean™ reserves the right to amend partnership terms, pricing, and product availability with reasonable notice.
